Dear HSNY,
It was 8 years ago today that we adopted "Spencer" from the
Humane Society on 59th St. Since then he
has spent every day chasing deer, geese and squirrels and just about anything
that threatens his domain. He has been a blessing and I am happy to say that
contrary to what the dog psychiatrist warned when we adopted him, he has become
the most loving and affectionate dog we've ever had. Below is a shot after a day of patrolling the
farm. He is the king of Doodletown Farm, our protector and our great friend.
We can never thank you enough for putting us together
eight years ago.
