Catsby + Chelsea (now Miso!) go home together! :-D

Hi!

I wanted to give you guys an update on Catsby and Miso (Chelsea)! They're adjusting well to the apartment and have already gotten comfortable enough to eat and use the litter box.

After just a few hours, Catsby was out exploring and looking for attention and he loves to follow me around the apartment walking on my feet. Miso is still a little shy with people, but seeing Catsby running around brings her out and she can't resist the cat toys!

Here are some pictures of them:

Ollie Oop and His Awesome New Home!

It has been 6 months since Paddy (now Ollie Oop) has been adopted.  He has settled beautifully in his new home and has gotten into his regular routine. He has a good appetite, plays for hours with his toys, sits at the window to watch the birds and loves to watch Cat TV. What a friendly, lovable and gentle soul! We are thrilled he was adopted to such a wonderful home.

Hi guys,

We wanted to share some photos of Jaden with you. It's almost a week since we've adopted him and he's been doing very well. He fits into our home just fine. Bonnie and Michelle were right about him, he's such a sweetheart.

Warmest regards,

Hi!
Here is Leo (formerly Gregory) when I first brought him home two weeks ago; snuggling with Luke; and post-grooming on Saturday. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for the gift of Leo. He is a special dog!! Thank you again for Leo, who is the perfect companion for Luke…and for me.

Bella @home - Happy & Busy!! :-D

July 13, 2016

Dear Humane Society of New York,

Today is the one-year anniversary of the day we adopted Bella, and we thought the best way to celebrate would be to send a donation to the wonderful organization that saved her twice.

Bella has had a very busy year. Most exciting is her recent AKC Canine Good Citizen certification. We’re so proud of her. Next, she’ll work on her Therapy Dog International certification so she can visit nursing homes through a Pet Assisted Therapy program. She’s been introduced to a lot of new experiences and is a real trooper.

Thank you again,
Kim and Greg

Muffin - who is now Nina!!! 1 Year later... :-D

Hello everyone at the Humane Society of New York

We are coming up on 1 year that Nina, nee Muffin, is with us, and we have all settled into a wonderful routine. She tells us what to do, and we do it ;)

She is loving, curious, open and engaging - she loves our friends, and insists on being a part of everything that is happening in our home, which is just fine with us! We adore her, and I’m happy to say I think she’s decided to keep us.

Here is the latest —
Yes, she’s sitting exactly where she should NOT be sitting, and yes, she knows it --
And yes, she’s enormous, like Serena Williams - 15 pounds of pure muscle and incredibly athletic. She’s also a snuggler which means I wake up most mornings with 15 pounds of feline dead-weight on top of me, sound asleep and snoring.

we’re sending you all our best

Nancy and Rob

Lennon (the cat) Update!!!

Hi there,

I wanted to send some pics of my little furry buddy Lennon. From the moment of adoption, he has been a joy. I have never met a cat with such a happy disposition. He makes me smile from the moment we get up each morning. He is well behaved and gets along so well with his brother. He may be part dog because all of a sudden one day, he started fetching and now he is obsessed with it. I feel so lucky to have found this little guy and welcomed him into my home.
The Humane Society of New York says - thank you so much for adopting Lennon from HSNY and giving him the "purrfect" home!!

His Majesty - aka Charlie! at home and happy with his new toys!!

Hi all!
Hope all is well.

Here are some more photos of his majesty. :-D
He is doing very well. He likes to play,  so I got him some more toys...
He is brushing his teeth every night (can't say he loves it, but he knows how important it is) and today he had his first bath at home.

Hope you enjoy the photos
All the best
Sarit

French Toast is now Numi!!

Hi there,

Numi has been with us for a whole month already and all three of us love her! She is still super curious and extremely hungry at all times ;) Numi and Miko love to play together now - especially at 11pm and 4:30am! Play can get rough at times (at least to my eye) and it's the most adorable thing when they lick each other! =)

Ollie Oop in his new home!

Hi! Here is a picture of Paddy (we renamed Ollie Oop) whom we adopted on March 18th from HSNY.
He is so lovable and is acclimating very well to his new home.
You were right, is a mush!
