Hi
there -
We just wanted to drop a quick note and let you know how much we have been enjoying our new furry feline addition, Charley since we adopted him in January! He is one of the friendliest, smartest cats that I've had the pleasure of knowing. He's more like a dog sometimes than a cat by the way he retrieves/fetches items (especially the things he likes to play with) and his ultra friendly social personality. He always likes to be in the middle of the action which says a lot because we have an almost 2 year old boy who can get a little rough and loud at times. But this cat has the patience of a saint and has never hissed once or been violent towards him or anyone for that matter. On the contrary, he thrives off of the interaction and attention and keeps coming back for more.

I have to admit that
the initial process of adopting him was different from what I was used to in
the past. (I adopted another cat from a different shelter many years ago.)
Bonnie our "cat matchmaker" spent time with us to get a feel for the
best match for us. Although we saw many cats in the cages that we would've
liked to see, Bonnie assured us that they weren't the right fit for us and that
she had the right one in mind. As soon as Bonnie brought Charley in our room,
my husband Jared and I agreed that not only was he beautiful (with his gorgeous
Siamese mix coat and sky blue eyes), he seemed to have a very friendly and
likable personality. He also didn't bat an eye when our son
tried to jump near him and yell. We agreed that Charley seemed like he would
complement the needs of our family... and our hunch turned out to be right. ( :

are a few pics of the beautiful and spunky Charley- 1 is of him enjoying his
perch with a view of the outdoors; 1 is of him in a deep sleep all curled up;
and the other is just a great shot of him doing what he does best - being
playful and sweet.
Thanks
again for introducing us to our new friend, Charley!
Warm
regards,
H
